Hotel Räucherhansl

Top tier hotel with fantastic restaurant in the lobby. Breakfast is great as well. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good water pressure in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The beer garden was perfect for an evening meal while the children played on the playground. Breakfast was great with many options to eat and drink. The location for a trip to Bayern Park was perfect. We appreciated the ease of tickets from the hotel.

Just attended a wedding here (Didn't stay in the hotel overnight). The location was really nice and open, in particular the outside garden was lovely. The food was really great and the staff were super friendly. My only suggestion would be that some of the facilities needed modernising.

Endless wait. Two hours of waiting to eat nothing. Nobody inquired or asked if we had been served. At our reminder, they said the cook was gone. They could not respect the order. Strongly not recommended !! We pay the complete price of room, without genius discount. Expensive and no services

This hotel is in a great location and the hotel itself is fine. Nice rooms, massive car park, decent decor etc. However when I ate in the restaurant, the waitress didn't smile even when I did and was surly and rude. When I said thank you, she never did.||||The soup was nice, though I had to ask for bread. It arrived, stale with frozen butter. The main course was nice, but the huge factor which spoiled it for me was just how incredibly ignorant the waitress was. She disappeared for 15 minutes at a time an no-one was able to find her. No smiles, no thank you or anything. She has a permaneant sulk and NEVER smiles. When I asked for a copy of the bill (nicely and with a smile I might add), she got quite shirty saying that I could wait until tomorrow and walked off, ignoring me. Unbelievable. I waited another 10 minutes whilst a member of staff tried to find her. From what I understand, even the staff find her difficult to deal with. This member of staff will spoil your experience. The other guests in the restaurant were making jokes about her attitude, which is not flattering for the hotel. Clearly she hates her job and thinks serving customers is beneath her.||||The young lady on reception was fine, with good customer service skills and very efficient. She is an asset and the waitress could learn something (rather a lot) from her.||||My advice would be to eat out as Dingolfing is only 3 km's away.

After my second visit I gotta say, that I really like it here. The service is quite nice and the food as well as the drinks too. The rooms are big and clean. The bathroom too. Really recommend this place.

Friendly helpful and joyful staff, quiet large rooms. Quality dining, very good meat, butcher's shop in the hotel. Rural neighborhood, romantic village. The hotel is in very good shape. WiFi works
