The Leo Grand

The location is amazing. our room view was the Cathedral - what can I ask for more than that:-). The check-in was simple and easy, right at the entrance of the hotel. You will find a cozy small lobby at the entrance with lovely personnel that helps with any request you might have. Breakfast is amazing, large variety (we were a large group) and everything is very tasty. Service at breakfast was great if the place is not too busy. There are only 2 waiters who do remarkable job between all tables. The only drawback was on our 2nd day where the room was not cleaned until 4pm and not all toiletries and amenities were refilled. I spoke with the reception, and they took immediate care of it and the rest of our stay was incredibly good. Rooms are big and clean as expected with a 5-star hotel. All attraction and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance

Simply gorgeous!! This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at for value for money, exceptional customer service, quality of breakfast, and above all friendliness. Most of the upper end hotels, particularly in big cities are very pretentious, not the Leo Grant. The service is what made it for us, very helpful and personalised. Tip, the breakfast if you pre book with your room can seem pricey at €45 but you can eat anything you want from the menu which we did and then in the 2nd day which we hadn’t pre booked you just order and pay for what you eat. Either way we thought it was good value and the food was outstanding! ALL the staff were wonderful!! It’s extremely central but still very quiet. We can’t wait to go back!!

Wow, The Leo was incredible. Staff were welcoming, available, and attentive. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. While we didn’t have a direct view of Stephensdom, the sounds of the bells were the sweetest music and it was so convienient to be right there at Stephensplatz. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience, this is it.

Our experience at The Leo Grand was wonderful. The hotel combines elegance and comfort, with immaculate facilities and beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast is amazing—varied, high-quality, and served with great attention to detail. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Vienna, next to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas, ideal for exploring the city on foot. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, always ready to help, which made our stay even more special. Without a doubt, a hotel we would happily return to and recommend 100%.

Such a beautiful hotel in the heart of Vienna! Hotel also added a nice touch and provided a bottle of wine in our room upon arrival with delicious macaroons. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the elegant decor. Definitely recommend! It was walking distance to all the main attractions.

we generally had a good stay, but unfortunately the reception staff were very unprofessional and disorganized. We had lost a jacket and were told, rather rudely, that it hadn’t been found. We spent hours searching around the city, only to later discover that it was actually in the hotel’s cloakroom. When we mentioned that they could have checked and informed us, the staff got upset and started raising their voices. In a five-star hotel, you simply do not yell at guests.

Every aspect of the Leo Grand Hotel was outstanding. The service was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was central to everything we wanted to see. We were also provided excellent recommendations. Staff even helped us deal with a medical issue, which was service far beyond what most hotels would have done. Overall we could not have asked for a better experience.

Such a lovely hotel. Our stay was made so special from the moment we arrived. Anna was super welcoming offering us a much needed glass of wine and then escorting us to our beautiful room. Next surprise was a bottle of wine and some delicious macarons delivered to our room. The room itself was clean and had everything we could want including a complementary mini bar, penhaligon toiletries, dressing gowns and smart toilet. When we revisit Vienna we’ll definitely be staying at the Leo Grand again. Thank you for making our stay so special.
